Skid Plate - Ducati Desert X 2022+ - AXP Racing

The Ducati Desert X skid plate is made of High Density Polyethylene plastic, and it covers the engine block up to the radiator. The plate has an exclusive front fixation design that prevents damage to the cases and makes it easy to fit and remove. On the left side, there is a foam layer that protects the water pump, and there is no direct link to the case. The skid plate has no vibrations, deformations, or metallic noise from rock impacts. This material is advantageous as it is 30 to 40% lighter than alloy plates of similar design and thickness.
